By accessing Mystic Stellar Voyage, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This platform is operated by Nebula Entertainment Ltd., and your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of our rules of engagement within the Aetherium Expanse.

StarDust is a completely free, purely virtual currency designed solely to facilitate gameplay within Mystic Stellar Voyage. StarDust holds absolutely no real-world cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services under any circumstances.

No Real-Money Gambling

Limitation of Liability

Nebula Entertainment Ltd. provides Mystic Stellar Voyage on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any lost StarDust due to browser crashes, device malfunctions, or simulated black holes. Your use of this free entertainment platform is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your cosmic journey shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ontario.
